Desperate to get back on his feet in a cold, wet November, Jason took on a job as a cleaner – and entered the house of Amy Lane. In Binary Witness, Amy was a depressed, agoraphobic recluse and hacker hero – if by “hero” one means the kind of thief that breaks into houses in order to find evidence of adultery, or murder. Let’s call her the Robin Hood of cyber B&E. While Jason was making toast, Detective Inspector Bryn Hesketh and his trusty sidekick DS Owain Jenkins show up to ask for Amy’s help in finding some missing women in Cardiff. Thank you for your patience in waiting for updates on The Amy Lane Mysteries. We can now confirm that Terror 404 will be released on 6th April 2017. We also have some very exciting news about the series that isn't quite ready to share yet, but we will keep you all posted in the build-up to the release of Terror 404. What's Rosie doing? Since the release of Captcha Thief in February, Rosie has been working on the edits for Terror 404 and the first draft of a fifth Amy Lane novel. She also moved house and gained a long commute to her day job, so her time for writing, social media and blog updates has become very limited. Her schedule is about to become even more interesting, as she's expecting her first child in January 2017!...

Happy 2016! It's that time of year again. The one in which I tell you about the exciting things that are happening in my writing life right now, and we can anticipate them with glee together. New Amy Lane novels The wait is almost over! Captcha Thief, book three in The Amy Lane Mysteries, will land on 4th February. And that's not all! The fourth book in the series Terror 404 is due for publication in August. As these will be out in paperback (paperback!), keep your eyes peeled for bookplates and swag and giveaways as the due date nears - the newsletter and Facebook Page are always the first to know. Crime Scene Books takes on The Amy Lane Mysteries

After months of secrecy, we are pleased to confirm that The Amy Lane Mysteries has found a new home with publisher Crime Scene Books. This British small press is growing its list of authors and Rosie is delighted to be continuing Amy and Jason's adventures with them. Captcha Thief, the third novel in the series, will be released in print and ebook on 4th February 2016. The fourth book Terror 404 is due for publication later in 2016. Rosie signed the deal at Harrogate's Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival and toasted it with a brimming glass of Crime of Passion!
